Hite Digital Little Rock, AR, is led by freelancer-turned-agency owner, Marla Harmon!

Marla got her start in digital marketing when she worked for the state government of Arkansas in marketing to companies worldwide to bring business into the state. As she worked this job, she managed freelance clients on the side and soon grew to the point where she knew the time had come to start her own agency. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she saw her agency grow during a time when other businesses struggled. She focused on providing Facebook ads for real instate investors and soon began to expand into other digital marketing services and industries as well.

Marla joined Hite when she had grown to a point where she knew she needed a robust team behind her ever-expanding services and client portfolio. She knew that Hite could provide the resources and team she needed, so the journey began! Marla is excited to have an amazing team to support her agency’s growth and to see all we will accomplish together.

Marla was born in Little Rock. After living in Tennessee, Florida, and New York, she is proud to call Arkansas home.

She has a degree in Digital Marketing and has worked in digital marketing in economic development for the State of Arkansas and for numerous clients across the country for more than 15 years.
