On October 23rd, owner-partner of Hite Digital Dallas Tatiana Chamorro gave a presentation on branding to 900 attendees at the Multi-Family Mastery 4 conference in Orlando, Florida.
MM4 is a multi-family real estate investment conference organized annually by investors and mentors Jake & Gino. The conference, which this year took place at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando, aims to educate investors who are investing or want to invest in multi-family properties. Speakers with years of experience in building multi-family investments discuss topics such as spotting a good deal, how to self-manage properties, and how to secure financing.
Before her presentation on Saturday, Tatiana connected with other investors that are members of the Jake & Gino community. “It was great to put a face to the people we’ve been meeting with throughout the year,” Tatiana said.
Tatiana’s presentation titled “Secrets to a Powerful Brand” focused on how multi-family investors can build consistent branding and a strong online presence. Tatiana explained what firms stood to gain from a defined and unique brand. She focused on the idea of building trust in a brand and the benefits this can bring to investors.
“When you have a defined brand, there’s a consistency between who you are professionally and how you look online,” she explained. “After a networking event, a potential investor will look you up on Google or through your business card, and you want your brand to show through there, not just in person.”
Tatiana and her husband are members of the Jake & Gino community as real estate investors themselves, so she understood what other investors and firms needed to know and how they could benefit from branding. “We’ve learned so much ourselves as part of this community,” Tatiana said. “It was amazing to get the opportunity to contribute to other investors’ growth and provide value with what we know and the strategies we’ve seen work.”
